Fished behind an inline flasher, 360 flasher, or bare, this will be one of the most effective lures you will ever use.  

The inline design of the Simon Cut Plug allows for a faster, drag free roll that cannot be matched by other lures. It can be rigged through the belly for a floppy more traditional cut plug roll or through the tail for an even faster tighter roll that fish cannot resist.
